Leadership 4Girls provides opportunities for youth to practice inspiring and positively influencing others. Campers learn how body language, tone of voice and basic conversational skills affect their ability to build and maintain quality relationships. Campers create team spirit by focusing on each other's strengths, encouraging each other and working together to accomplish common goals.
